You are invited to join ~ Earth Body ~ a 4-month eco-somatic, expressive arts series exploring the themes of Healthy Boundaries, Rest, Play, and Creativity. Meeting once a month, this inspiring & grounding group series invites you to connect with your body through nature-inspired metaphors and intuitive creative practices.
Expressive arts blends movement, sound, visual art, and writing—not for performance or perfection, but as a way to listen deeply, release what no longer serves, and restore your inner landscape. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and your whole self.
Each session will draw on eco-somatic wisdom to support nervous system care, cultivate self-trust, and nurture a sense of belonging within community. Come as you are and leave feeling more like yourself.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Each session includes:
Somatic practices for grounding, attuning, and nervous system care.
Expressive arts including movement, drawing, writing, and nature-based intuitive connection.
Eco-somatic metaphors drawn from nature’s intelligence.
Relational reflection practices to explore boundaries for deeper connection and connection with community.
Opportunities to listen inward, speak authentically, and be witnessed with care.
No experience in art or movement is necessary—only curiosity and a willingness to explore.
