1:1 Therapy, Eco-Somatic therapy & Expressive Arts Groups

If you have reached a point where they are ready to look beneath old patterns… the ones shaped by family dynamics, cultural expectations, or “shoulds” that no longer feel true, you’re in the right place.

Together, we’ll get curious about what’s driving those patterns and begin to untangle them with compassion and awareness. We’ll identify your current core values, clarify what you truly need and want, and explore what it means to take accountability in your relationships in ways that feel grounded and kind.

Along the way, we’ll practice the art of setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, while learning how to care for your nervous system as you grow and change.

My role is to offer steady, encouraging presence as you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, strengthen self-trust, and cultivate resilience, especially during times of transition, stress, and neurodivergent discovery.

This work is about coming home to yourself, with more clarity, spaciousness, and care.

How?

Through a neurodivergent-affirming, attachment-based lens, I offer somatic therapy in the form of embodied mindfulness, EMDR, parts work, expressive arts therapy, and eco-somatics. These approaches are unique in how they give us access to explore and communicate with our unconscious mind, and unseen wisdom within our inner and outer landscapes.

As a queer, neurodivergent individual who has personal experience with navigating AuDHD burnout, I know how helpful it can be to have support, and I invite you to reach out for a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if this feels like a good therapeutic fit.

I love working with later-identified neurodivergent creatives — the artists, writers, teachers, space-holders, and deep feelers.

You’ve spent years feeling like something was off — but couldn’t quite name it.

Maybe you were called “too sensitive,” “too much,” “too scattered,” or “not living up to your potential.”
Maybe your creative fire was mislabeled as inconsistency, your sensitivity as weakness, your daydreaming as distraction.

Over time, you became so skilled at masking that you didn’t even realize you were doing it, until the exhaustion, anxiety, and burnout caught up with you.

And now you finally have language: ADHD. AuDHD. Neurodivergent.

You’re beginning to see that there was never something wrong with you, you were simply wired for depth, imagination, and nonlinear brilliance in a world that rewards uniformity.

Now comes the question: What now?
How do you rebuild a relationship with yourself — your body, your rhythm, your creativity — after so many years of trying to fit into systems that were never designed for you?

I support late-discovery ADHD and AuDHD creatives who are ready to:
-> peel back the layers of masking
-> prevent and recover from burnout
-> and build a creative life that truly fits, one that honors your sensitivity, your cyclical energy, and your way of seeing the world.

What is AuDHD?

If you’ve recently discovered (or are beginning to suspect) that you might be both autistic and ADHD, you’re not alone — and you’re not broken.

AuDHD is a word that describes the overlap of these two neurotypes: Autism (Au) and ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder). Together, they shape how your mind and body move through the world — how you process information, sense your environment, feel emotions, and connect with others.

You might recognize yourself in the mix of contradictions:
Craving freedom but needing structure,
Feeling deeply sensitive yet highly adaptive,
Flooded with ideas but struggling to begin,
Needing solitude but longing for connection.

For many late-identified AuDHD adults, learning this language is like finally finding home — a way to understand why burnout, masking, and “trying harder” never worked.

Being AuDHD isn’t something to fix.

It’s an invitation to understand your nervous system, to listen to your body’s rhythms, and to create a life that honors how you are naturally wired — with more compassion, spaciousness, and trust.
