Therapy for late-identified HSp
& Neurodivergent creatives
How?
Through an attachment-based lens, I offer individual and couples therapy for creatives, sensitives and high-masking neurodivergent adults.
We explore nervous system care, identifying needs & wants, healthy boundaries, and authentic identity exploration. Modalities include EMDR, brainspotting, parts work, expressive arts, & eco-somatics.
As a late-identified neurodivergent creative who has personal experience with navigating ADHD burnout, I know how helpful it can be to have support.
Reach out when you're ready, and we can set up a free 15 min phone consultation.
I work with HSP & Neurodivergent creatives who:
—> Have a tendency towards people pleasing, perfectionism, & over-achieving.
-> Are sensitives, and/or high-masking neurodivergent folks
So often, we’re told that our interests, ideas, and emotions are 'too much' or something to be managed away.
I offer a space where we move away from the pressure to perform or fit into a mold, and towards a deeper understanding of your own experience.
Your feelings, questions, preferences, & needs matter.
I am here to offer space as you discover more of who you are and the rhythms that support you.
