What is Eco-Somatic Therapy?
Eco-somatic therapy explores the relationship between your body and the natural world as a pathway to healing, regulation, and belonging. It’s grounded in the idea that your body is not separate from its environment, your nervous system is constantly shaped by the rhythms, pressures, and possibilities around you.
In this work, I offer somatic practices, mindfulness, and nature-based experiences to help you:
Slow down and reconnect with your body’s signals
Resource your nervous system through eco-sensory awareness
Re-pattern stress survival responses
Eco-somatic therapy invites you to remember yourself as part of a larger ecosystem—one that can support recovery from burnout, trauma, and disconnection. It offers a space to rebuild trust with your body, deepen your sense of place, and experience deep feeling of connection that comes from being in relationship with the living world.
If you’d like, I can make it more poetic, more science-based, shorter, or tailored for a specific audience (neurodivergent, trauma-survivors, caregivers, etc.).
