Choosing You - 8-week online immersion will give you a solid understanding of how your unique nervous system operates, and tons of experiential learning opportunities to practice cultivating self-trust by caring for yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally.

What is self-trust? The ability to listen inwardly, decipher the needs and wants of your body/nervous system, and respond with effective self-care practices, thus discovering and deepening connection to your inner compass.

This fun, and deeply transformative journey will help you discover what it feels like to give yourself quality breaks, to understand and work skillfully with your stress response cycle, to soften and release your perfectionist tendencies, to set healthy boundaries, to play, to tap into your creativity, to connect to your authentic self, and come into alliance with the intelligence of your body.

-Weekly recorded online modules that will include: Accessible trauma-informed yoga, somatic learning practices for nervous system self-care, reflection processing with other participants, journaling, creative play, reflection worksheets, self-care home practices.
